Step 2. Make a list of what you are thankful for. Instead of listing what you do not have (yet want), write down what you already posses. Maybe it’s loved ones, health, or the freedom say or to worship as you choose. You will find that things you take for granted are considered luxuries in other parts of the world (maybe even in your own town). You may not have everything you want, but if you take the time to count your everyday blessings, you will find happiness in those moments.
